What if we recreate a world in the world in order to find inner peace? This is the idea of François Bernard who expressed himself on the intimate, theme of the course of influences of the September 2010 edition of Maison & Objet. François Bernard presents micro-worlds to us as so many bubbles of protection against the outside and its attacks. Each cocoon contains objects accomplices of a search for serenity and comfort: cozy armchairs, a sleeping bag just for oneself, a piece of furniture where to hide one's secrets ... The interiority of the object is revived by a predominance of poetry and from the invisible. The glass objects bring transparency and lightness to accompany mediation and the accessories of the house take unusual forms. Finally a log of wood serves as a passage to a more sensitive world by opening a breach when you strike it. The intimate becomes artistic. Discover Microcosmes on video:
